Dear Pat:

Recently I was at the above listed property to do a final walk-through for Allen & O'Hara, Inc., the owner of this property and my client. I was pleased with the upholstered furniture that your company provided that I wanted to write and personally thank your staff and you for a job well done; you made me look very good!!! I want to especially thank you, Pat Rector, for your help and patience as Don Coker, purchasing director at A&O and I worked out all the details for ordering and shipping the various items for this project.

Enclosed are a few pictures of the Hampton Inn showing the soft seating we used from Creative Seating. The Queen rooms with the chair and ottoman seem to be a favorite among repeat clientele. Please share these photographs with your staff and give them my personal thanks and appreciation.
